Decent value on a starter package

I bought one of their Probierpakete to try out some Italian reds without committing to full cases. I was specifically looking for a good deal, and this package had a nice mix of Barbera and Montepulciano d'Abruzzo for a fair price, especially compared to buying individual bottles. Shipping was free because I hit the minimum spend, which was a big plus for me. The wines were good, nothing groundbreaking but solid everyday drinking. I felt like I got good value for my money and might try another package soon, perhaps a white wine selection next time.

Consistent quality, reliable service

This was my third order from Vinolisa, and they've been consistently good. I got a few bottles of Primitivo and a jar of their Truffle products this time. Everything arrived in perfect condition, just like my previous orders. They always package things securely, so no worries about broken bottles. The quality of the wine is dependably high, and their selection is always top-notch. It's why I keep coming back.

Good selection, slow shipping

I ordered a bottle of Brunello di Montalcino and some Cantuccini from Vinolisa. The website was easy to navigate and the product descriptions were helpful. My order arrived well-packaged, which is always a plus for wine. However, the delivery took a full week, which felt a bit long for a domestic shipment, even with international products. The wine itself was excellent, and the Cantuccini were fresh. Overall, a solid experience but I wish shipping was a bit faster.

Is Vinolisa legit? Never heard of them before, want to make sure I'm not getting ripped off for some fancy Italian wine.

T Tom 1 month ago
Totally legit. I've ordered from them a few times, always good quality wine and everything arrived safely. They specialize in Italian stuff.

Yeah, they're a real German retailer focusing on Italian wines and gourmet. Their selection is super curated. No issues on my end with authenticity.

Can you combine discount codes? Like if I have a newsletter one and find another one online?

A Andre W. 1 month ago
Nah, pretty sure it's one code per order. Tried it once, didn't work for me. The system usually only takes one at checkout.

Yeah, standard practice for most online stores. One code only. And sometimes sale items are excluded from those codes too, just a heads up.

How are their returns? What if a bottle arrives broken or I just don't like the wine?

O Omar Ito 1 month ago
I had a broken bottle once, they handled it really smoothly. Just contacted customer service and they sorted out a replacement. For not liking a wine, that might be trickier, but broken stuff is usually covered.

Yeah, damaged items are usually an easy return/replacement. For just not liking it... I think you'd have to check their specific return policy on that, but often food/drink items are harder to return if there's no defect.

Has anyone tried their olive oil or balsamic? Wondering if it's as good as their wines.

T Todd Bennett 2 months ago
Oh, totally! I got some truffle products and a bottle of their olive oil, both were amazing. Super high quality stuff, not just the wine.

Their balsamic is pretty good, definitely a step up from supermarket brands. I'd recommend trying some of the gourmet items.

Thinking of sending a gift to my friend, can they do gift wrapping or at least include a nice message?

T Tara 2 months ago
I believe they do allow you to send it as a gift, and you can usually add a message at checkout. Not sure about actual gift wrapping though, but they package it securely.

My buddy got a wine package from them as a gift, and it had a card with a message. So definitely an option for that at least.
